VisaFit legal information · Updated 13 September 2026
Demo Privacy Notice
VisaFit is operated by Rishabh, sole proprietor trading as Rishabh Softwares. This separate notice applies to a business demo request, not to customer visa documents held by an agency.
What we collect and why
We collect your name to address you, mobile number and email to arrange and follow up on your requested demo, and selected plan to tailor the demonstration. We also record the request time, notice version, affirmative consent, request status and necessary scheduling notes. We do not need passports, visa files, passwords or payment details for a demo.
Your choice
Submitting requires your clear consent to demo-related contact only. There is no bundled consent to unrelated marketing and no subscription purchase. This business form is for adults aged 18 or above submitting their own contact details. If you do not consent, do not submit the form; you may still browse the website.
Access and sharing
Authorized VisaFit Super Admin staff can review and correct demo requests. They are platform sales records, not records available to tenant agencies or their staff. Supabase provides the primary database in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1). Hostinger KVM 2 is the selected application-hosting service; its server location remains subject to deployment verification. Email delivery uses the configured provider. Other infrastructure processing can involve separate locations. Our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Terms explain these arrangements; current provider details are available from rshbhkataria@gmail.com. We do not sell this information. Disclosures required by applicable law are handled separately.
Retention
Demo requests have a 90-day retention period from submission. Expired records are excluded from the sales queue and their live contact details and notes are erased through scheduled privacy cleanup. You may withdraw and erase your live request earlier using the private link, or ask an authorised administrator for assistance. A non-contactable receipt and minimal security/audit information may remain. Backup copies follow the platform's separately managed backup lifecycle and must not be restored to active marketing use.
Withdraw, correct, access or raise a grievance
After submitting, save the private management link shown in your confirmation. Open it and select Withdraw & erase my request to stop demo contact and remove the live contact details. No sign-in is required. For correction, access, nomination, a lost link, deletion assistance or a grievance, email rshbhkataria@gmail.com. We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or changing data. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Our privacy/grievance response target is 30 calendar days from receipt; shorter mandatory deadlines prevail. If more information or lawful additional time is needed, we explain the reason and next steps within that period. Postal contact: Rishabh, 104, New Hargobind Colony, Basti Sheikh, Jalandhar, Punjab - 144002, India.
Please first raise a grievance with Rishabh Softwares using that contact. You may approach the Data Protection Board of India through its officially notified process where applicable, after using the available grievance process. See MeitY's official DPDP framework for current commencement and procedural information.
Cookies and security
This form does not load optional advertising or analytics scripts. Essential platform cookies may support sign-in and security elsewhere on the site. A random submission identifier prevents accidental duplicate requests; a private management token authorizes withdrawal. Only a hash of that token is stored. Security rate limits use hashed identities. Never share the private link. Read the Cookie Policy for browser controls.
Requests entered by our team
A Super Admin may record a demo requested through another channel after supplying this notice. The administrator must record the request context and attest that the adult prospect requested contact. The record identifies this as administrator attestation, not as website consent by the prospect. Original consent evidence cannot be overwritten when contact details are corrected.
