VisaFit Website Terms
These terms apply to visitors and authorised users of the VisaFit website, operated by Rishabh, sole proprietor trading as Rishabh Softwares. Agency subscriptions are governed by the separately accepted Master Services Agreement and order.
Scope and contract priority
Browsing this website does not purchase a subscription, authorise a payment or accept an agency's MSA on its behalf. The MSA at /msa, including Schedule A, governs subscribed services and takes priority over these website terms for agency use. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain information handling; the Demo Privacy Notice applies to demo requests.
Lawful use and accurate information
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, bypass tenant isolation or disrupt the service. Business signup and demo requests are for adults authorised to make the request. Agency owners remain responsible for managing their authorised users under the MSA.
Content and intellectual property
VisaFit and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding and original content. You may view and use the website to evaluate or use the service, but may not reproduce or exploit protected material beyond permission or rights provided by law. Agency data remains subject to the ownership and processing provisions in the MSA.
Prices, payments and third-party services
The selected plan, billing term, included capacity and final checkout amount identify your purchase. Discounts apply only on their displayed conditions and validity dates. Payment requires a separate confirmation; recurring auto-pay requires a separate mandate. Refunds, cancellation, suspension and data return are governed by sections 4, 5 and 9 of the MSA, not a different policy in these website terms.
Links and integrations can lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. VisaFit is not an immigration authority or legal adviser and does not guarantee a visa, admission or other third-party outcome.
Availability and responsibility
Website information may be updated and access may be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. No separate website uptime guarantee is made. These terms do not add a liability exclusion, reduce any express MSA obligation or remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
